Alan - BA, MBA, MCIPS, MCIPD, PGCE
Alan has over 25 years’ teaching, training and consultancy experience in human resource management and purchasing and supply chain management. This follows a career as a senior manager, mainly in the public sector, specialising in HR and project management.
Anne - BSc (Hons), PGCE, MCIPS
Anne has been successfully developing and teaching a wide range of business courses in the public and private sectors, for over 10 years, for organisations such as BT, Sainsbury’s and the NHS. She spent eight years at Bath College managing a large team of teaching and support staff, and, prior to that, worked for GlaxoSmithKline in a supply chain role.
Ian - BSc (Hons), PTLLS, MCIPS
Ian has many years procurement and supply training and teaching experience. He brings a wealth of expertise from private, public and not-for-profit sectors in procurement, project management, management and related roles. Ian has worked for a range of organisations and companies, including the Foreign Office, Virgin Rail, Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Business Pursuits, University College London and the NSPCC.
Amanda - MCIPS
Amanda has over 20 years of experience working as a procurement manager, senior buyer and more recently as a consultant in a range of SMEs and global corporations including Honda, Unilever, Safran UK, and Ryder Trucks PLC. She has focussed on addressing performance issues in companies and working in partnership with stakeholders to drive procurement improvements. She enjoys training and mentoring individuals and teams.
Doug - MCIPS
An accomplished procurement, supply chain and continuous improvement trainer and practitioner with over 20 years’ experience.
Doug has led a number of high-profile procurement excellence and transformation programmes based on aligning procurement strategy, function and process to the wider strategic value propositions and target operating models for well-known companies such as Npower, RWE Innogy, Thames Water, Scottish Water, Network Rail, Rolls Royce, Johnson & Johnson, Jaguar and Ford.
